First you would need to book an appointment so we can look at your hair and plan out the best course of action, there is no charge for this but times are subject to availability. If it is a case of a slight alteration we would try to fix it for you with minimal fuss or charge as we would like you to become a regular client .

In the case of colour it is important to know that you cannot always achieve a target shade, and sometimes this can be where a problem occurs if too many shades of lift have been attempted a funny colour occurs. You may need a skin test before we attempt to put the colour right . If the problem is a bad haircut we will try to achieve the result you require, if the target result is unrealistic we would also tell you, which is where problems can sometimes be avoided, there is no point in trying to achieve a result you will not be able to manage.
